Full Description

Victoria Institute, constructed at some point between 1885 (when it does not appear on the 6 Inch OS map published in that year) and 1900 (when is appears on the 1900 6 Inch OS map). (JB - NCC). From 1921 it is annotated on OS maps at 'Inst.'
Article 4(1) applied on 10.11.2019 and confirmed April 2020. Documents attached in Library Link.
