Full Description

Cobbles appeared to have been collected from outcropping glacial clays rather than being quarried (1)
The cobbles were large (approx. 0.3m x 0.2m x 0.2m) and appears to have been left in situ when the road was resurfaced and widened below what is now the southbound carriageway. (1) p. 5
