Full Description

Stone lined well in back yard of 48 Balderton Gate with some brick repairs near top of well, though rest of it appears to be grey mudstone. Interior diameter measures approximately 1m across, and 3 courses of stone proud of the ground with makeshift wooden shelter over top. Well appears to extend many meters below ground surface (bottom not visible). (1)
