Full Description

Positive linear anomalies identified during gradiometer survey. They are 1.5 – 2 m wide and 30 m long orientated either north-west to south-east or north-east to south-west. Most of these anomalies are orientated similar to the current ploughing regime implemented and could represent modern ploughing. A possible archaeological origin cannot be ruled out entirely. It is possible that these anomalies are representative ditches of an unknown origin. None correspond with any recorded former field boundaries in the area.
