Full Description

Within the third trench, a ditch was aligned north-south and measured 1.8 m long x 1.38 m wide x 0.23 m deep with a sub-flat base. Two sherds of possible Anglo-Saxon pottery were recovered from its single fill. The ditch cut another ditch dated to the Roman period.
