Full Description

The southern part of this area appears to be defined by a c. 157m by 24m, 'L-shaped', rectilinear, positively-magnetic anomaly, orientated east-northeast-west-southwest.

Approximately 28m to the north of the large rectilinear feature is a c. 42m-long linear, positively-magnetic anomaly, aligned broadly east-west. The alignment of this feature is continued c.4.5m to the east by a 35m-long linear, positively-magnetic, anomaly. The alignment of the two anomalies is paralleled c. 28m to the north by a 165m-long, positively-magnetic, linear anomaly.

These features appear to suggest the possible presence of buried evidence for land-management systems or large enclosures.
