Full Description
Two possible quarry pits were encountered in two trenches; neither feature was clearly identified by the geophysical survey although the quarry pit in one of the trenches was observed to coincide with a large ferrous anomaly. The feature in the trench produced a small assemblage of likely post-medieval ceramic building material.
