Full Description

At the eastern end of the trench, a small, shallow north–south oriented ditch was identified, cutting into the natural. The feature had even sides and a slightly concave base. It was filled with a mid-grey silt sand containing moderate charcoal flecking. Three sherds of Romano-British greyware were recovered from the fill.

Possibly a Romano-British boundary ditch or drainage feature.
