Full Description

Ro sherds found on surface of garden, of what is now 6 Sandhill Road, --/08/ 1952. Pottery in NWM. (1)
Ro sherds, including samian, and a bronze ring found on the surface at SK 771523. NWM 61-53. (2)
A bronze coin of Constantine II (Providentiae Caess, Trier mint) was found in a garden at Sandhill Road. NWM 31-65. (3)
A blue glass bead was found in July in a garden in Sandhill Road. 43-66 (4)
All material found by JP Curtis, 5 Sandhill Road. Mr Curtis is now dead. 6 Sandhill road is Corporation property with gardens centred at above grid ref.
The present occupiers have no knowledge of finds. (5)
