Notown - lost hamlet. No trace except documentary. (1)
I find no mention of Noetown, and therefore suppose it only some houses which are parcel of some of these hamlets (Bleasby, Goverton and Gibsmere). (2)
"No Town" at above grid ref. (3)
It appears that Thoroton was accounting for an existing hamlet and Houldsworth was confused by his reference. (4)
