Full Description

Earthworks between Brotts Lane and South Street. A N-S ditch with intermittent bank runs S from East Gate and is followed by a field boundary for part of its length. The ditch may mark the former E toft boundary of properties on South Street. Both E and W of the ditch there are traces E-W aligned ridge and furrow. In the field E of the Hollies, immediately W of Brotts Lane, there are a number of substantial hollows and mounds with no clearly discernable pattern. (1)
