A low curving earthwork bank running approx E-W in the field to the E of Holme Farm. The W end of the bank is marked on the OS 1:10000 sheet. The banks separates 2 areas of ridge and furrow, aligned E-W to the S and N-S to the N. However, the relationship of the bank with the ridge and furrow is unclear; the bank may be no more than an early flood levee, now replaced by more substantial levees to the E. (1)
