Full Description

A complex group of earthworks surrounding Brookside Farm. The group includes well preserved ridge and furrow, aligned both N-S and E-W, to the E and N of the farm; that to the N is exceptionally well preserved and laid out in 2 furlongs separated by an E-W hollow way. A slight E-W bank and ditch lies on the parish boundary NE of the farm. A series of low mounds lie at the NE corner of the field immediately W of the junction of Green Lane and Outgang Lane. (1)
