Full Description
A series of earthworks lie in a pasture field to the S of Grange Farm. At the E end of the field, adjacent to North Moor Road, a series of irregular earthwork mounds and hollows may well indicate the remains of former buildings. Similar earthworks survive immediately E of the school buildings and others were evidently destroyed by the construction of the school. The remainder of the E portion of the field contains well preserved E-W aligned ridge and furrow. These earthworks are probably a southern continuation of those seen N of Grange Farm (L6200). (1)
See L6200,1 for adjacent earthworks.
