Full Description

Found 1952: 2 C2 brooches, Collingwood type Q and more developed forms. (1)
Trentside site near position of Meering Ferry. Ro pottery sherds, decorated and plain. Samian and coarse pottery. (2)
The (iron) plough coulter previously noted (at 04269) is localised to this grid reference. The find has now been deposited at NWM, 28-65. (2)
The river bank at the site indicated by (1) contains Med debris but no Preh or Ro material was found. (5)
