Full Description

The E corner of the Ro ditch had destroyed part of an earlier feature. When excavated this proved to be a pit, sub-rectangular in shape, 2.2m deep, 2.4m wide and 2.7m long in the undamaged part. Within the fill were animal bones … and two sherds of early IA pottery. (1)
