Rectilinear ditch system, several ditches yielded abraded pieces of wheel thrown pottery, some from glazed medieval vessels. They appear to belong to an integrated system, set out by reference to ridge and furrow. A pair of ditches running along the perimiter of the terrace produced Med pottery. … To the E of the pipeline, a series of straight slots plus two rows of spaced pits all ran parallel, NNW - SSE. Rectilinear enclosures - the oblong enclosure produced abraded medieval pot and brick / tile, the bowl of a clay pipe at the very bottom of the ditch. The SW enclosure yielded a few late post-Med objects and several animal bones. (5)
