Full Description
(WA17) Distinct sub-circular area of dark soil, 15-30m in diameter, probably a ploughed out bell-pit. Walkover survey revealed a distinct area of colliery waste and crushed shale. No pottery or glass earlier than Victorian found. (1) (2)
