The work carried out consisted of a desk based assessment and a field walkover survey in advance of proposed construction of 12 wind turbines at Cottam in Nottinghamshire. The desk-based assessment includes a map regression, photographic evidence site plans and field walk results. A buffer zone an area of 3.5km around the site was taken into consideration. The report identifies the presence of a range of archaeological features and finds in and around the area of proposed development.
