Abstract/Summary

The 2 evaluation trenches were both dug which confirmed the finding of a previous site-wide geophysical survey. There were no features of archaeological interest nor finds recovered in either trench and no residual pottery of any date observed in either within the trenches or amongst the spoil heaps.
