A geophysical (magnetometer) survey was undertaken on approximately 3.1 hectares of land located southeast of Loughborough Road, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire. A handful of geophysical anomalies with an uncertain origin are likely to be associated with former boundaries, geological or agricultural activity. Three former field boundaries have been located which correspond to historic mapping. The majority of the anomalies recorded are associated with a modern origin. Based on the geophysical survey, the archaeological potential of the PDA is deemed to be low.
