Abstract/Summary
A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken during groundworks at Holbeck Hall Farm, Holbeck, Nottinghamshire.
The majority of a human skeleton had been revealed and exhumed during the excavation for a foul water tank. The remainder of the skeleton was excavated and monitoring was then maintained on the remaining groundworks in case further inhumations were revealed.
No further remains were revealed but the skeleton was laid out and recorded for post-excavation analysis. It was identified as a male in his 30s. No other finds were retrieved.
