Description

The area to be walked was set out in transects spaced at 10m intervals. Finds were searched for, and marked, for a distance of up to 1m to each side of the centre line of each transect. (1) Grid ref for W end of this section. See E9508, E9509 for fieldwalking on the other parts of this route.
