Description

Timber sampling of 16 samples (8 slices and 8 cores) obtained from the bell frame and associated timbers of the tower at Holy Trinity Church, Lambley. The likely felling date for the tower timbers was 1493 and a tentative date of 1128 was given for the felling of the timbers of the bell frame.
