Description

21 timber samples were collected (11 slices were obtained from the roof timbers of the main building in Jan 1983, with a further 10 being cored from the timbers of the unused barn portion, on the other side of the courtyard, in August 1987 [north range]. No conclusive date was produced. Further sampling was recommended.
