Full Description

During the strip of the road which ran from east to west throughout the length of the site, approximately 100mm of topsoil was removed. This revealed a curved linear feature 4.0m long and 2.0m wide. The fill contained seven joining sherds of a jug dated to the 15th-16th century. (1)
