Full Description

Areas 01 and 02 - Laid down in late C17 or C18, phase III [was a] layer of 0.4 - 0.9m thickness of grey brown pebbly soil producing post medieval pottery and clay pipe. … Two pits were found, which may have belonged to this phase. (1)
Grid reference in locality of pits, the soil with finds extended throughout the trenches.
