Full Description

The road corridor along this stretch was stripped of topsoil, revealing numerous patches of burning, coal debris etc. In front of Foundry House a dark band, 50m long and 1m across was observed. Close to it was a near circular clay-filled feature, c.3m across. This may have been a filled in bellpit. (1)
