Named: High House on Chapman (1)
Named: Sturton High House on Sanderson (2)

Farmstead arranged around yard consisting of: 1. Red brick farmhouse with hipped and gabled plain tile roof with terracotta roof finials, dentilated eaves and brick string course. House has uPVC sash windows in flat segmental headed openings. 2. Red brick stable and adjoining cartshed with hipped and gabled pantile roof over dentilated eaves. Stable has King post roof structure and modern casement windows in segmental headed openings. Internal: Feeding troughs in situ and square tiled flooring. 3. Evidence on site of further buildings now demolished. (4)
