Summary

Recovered from trench 13 during trial trenching. Pit contained one fill of oak charcoal. This would need carbon dating to confirm.

Full Description

Pit was found approximately 2m north of (likely) modern drainage gully. It is not clear how or if this pit is related to greater system.
