'Barn 2' (East range and half of north range)C19 Two-storey threshing barn with breathers. Brick-built in English Garden Wal Bond. Replacement C20 corrugated asbestos roof over King Post trusses with raking struts. Single-storey attached range originally cattle shed converted to stabling and later reused for dairying into t mid C20. Brick-built in Flemish Bond, with projecting corbelling under a pantile roof, hipped at the southern end. Originally contained 6 stalls, Contains stall partition and wooden hay manger and brick-built mangers one of which is cement rendered, clinker bricks to floor with infilled drainage for original stalls. The southernmost bay is a tack room and has original tack hooks to tack room which has fireplace. Windows and doors under flat cambered brick arches. The buildings are most likely to be mid 19th century in date, replacing earlier 18th or potentially earlier buildings on the same site. (1)

'Barn 3' (West range and half of north range) is a mixed use building consisting of a large threshing/fodder barn, an open fronted cart hovel and cow sheds. The cart hovel and cow sheds are likely to be mid 19th century in date, while the threshing/fodder barn may be earlier, early 19th century or potentially 18th century in date. Both the cart hovel and cowshed are fairly standard mid 19th century buildings, the cow shed potentially starting life as an open fronted shelter shed. The barn is potentially older, and may be the same building as recorded by the 1799 Enclosure Map. (2)
