Full Description

A small number of positive linear anomalies across the site, indicative of former cut features. These are of possible archaeological origin, though their exact origin cannot be determined with confidence.

Widely spaced, slightly curved parallel linear anomalies across central and southern parts of the site. These are related to medieval ridge and furrow cultivation.

Positive linear anomalies in the south of the site. These are likely to be related to post-medieval field boundaries that are not present on available mapping.

A linear anomaly running roughly north-south through the site. This is related to a former footpath present on available mapping from 1879 to 1961 and may also be related to a former railway line.
