The small curvilinear feature to the west of the site and large but ambiguous feature towards the centre have only been partially revealed and are difficult to interpret. Their isolation from associated
features suggests they may reflect agricultural practices. Both of these features were post-medieval or later in date.

Towards the centre of the site was a feature with steep sides, 3.4m wide and 0.6m deep. It was most likely a linear feature extending northeast-southwest, although a large pit cannot be ruled out. This feature was not fully excavated as the attending archaeologist halted at a layer of natural-looking sand, which in retrospect seems very likely to be redeposited (a frequent fill in large features cut into sand). In one spot a basal fill of loose black charcoal and sand is apparent, 0.06m thick. This was covered by the redeposited yellow sand layer, at least 0.2m thick. The upper fill was brown silty sand, 0.49m thick, which was difficult to distinguish from the subsoil. The upper fill contained a dish fragment of late 18th century date.

In the west of the site a short curvilinear feature was observed. This extended west for 2m before turning north and continuing beyond the limit of excavation. It had a concave base, was 0.5m wide and 0.04m deep. The fill was soft black sandy silt and contained flower pot fragments of late 19th or 20th century date.
