Full Description

The earthworks occupy a large irregularly shaped pasture field to the N of Church Street. A wandering N-S trackway, marked by a slight hollow in the field surface, crosses the field. To the E and W, E-W aligned relict ridge and furrow runs up to and respects the line of the track. At the SW corner of the field, immediately N of Church Street, an elongated irregular hollow and several low irregular mounds may indicate the site of a former building. (1)
