Abstract/Summary

Report on a fluxgate gradiometer survey undertaken on the southern part of the proposed site of a limestone quarry at Steetley by PCA. The survey has detected a number of linear anomalies that appear to define boundary ditches of a former field system and parallel linear anomalies that reflect past cultivation.
