Description

Gradiometer and resistance surveys were conducted at Willoughby deserted medieval village by Cranfield in 2012 to investigate the earthwork remains in three fields surrounding the medieval moated site. The survey correlated well with extant earthworks and showed ridge and furrow, remains of buildings, a holloway and areas of burning.
