The green spot on your map is very close to my son's house in Coupe Gardens in Hucknall. I wonder where the exact location of the mine shafts were. Obviously the shafts were probably fitted with a large concrete cap Does anyone know how deep the shafts were?.

why was the booster fan not used? the coal heading and railway were ready but it never worked spent lots of time on this set up
